Jari

Terms of Service

Last updated: July 20, 2026

Welcome to Jari. These terms cover your use of the Jari app and website, run by SoftQraft Labs. By using Jari, you agree to them. Please read them.

Who can use Jari

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a contract. You are responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in safe.

Buying and bidding

A bid is a real commitment. If you win an auction or choose Buy Now, you agree to pay for the item. Payments are taken from your Jari wallet, which you fund through our payment provider. Prices are in Naira.

Selling

Sellers must describe items honestly, own the right to sell them, and ship what buyers pay for. You set your prices and shipping rates. You are responsible for fulfilling orders on time and for the items you send.

Wallet, payments, and payouts

Your wallet holds funds for buying and for sale proceeds. Sellers can withdraw to a bank account they add. Payments and payouts are handled by our payment provider, and normal processing times and checks apply. Jari may charge fees, which we will make clear before they apply.

What is not allowed

Disputes

If an order goes wrong, buyers can raise a dispute and we will look into it to help reach a fair outcome. We may hold or reverse funds while a dispute is open.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you post, such as listings, photos, and live video. You give Jari permission to show it in the app and website so the service can work.

Service as is

We work hard to keep Jari running well, but we provide it as is. To the extent the law allows, Jari is not liable for indirect or unexpected losses from using the service.

Ending access

You can stop using Jari at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put others at risk.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post changes here with a new date.
