About
A live market, in your pocket
Jari is where Nigerian buyers and sellers meet in real time. We built it to bring the fun, the banter, and the trust of a real market to your phone.
Why we built Jari
Buying online can feel flat. You scroll, you tap, you wait. A real market is nothing like that. It is loud and social. You see the seller, you ask questions, you haggle, and you leave with a story. We wanted that same energy online, so we put the seller on camera and let buyers jump in as it happens.
On Jari, a seller goes live and shows what they have. Buyers watch, chat, and bid, or simply buy on the spot. When the show ends, orders get shipped and everyone can track them. It is shopping that feels like being there.
How it works
1. Sellers go live
They stream from their phone and put items up as auctions, flash sales, giveaways, or a fixed Buy Now price.
2. Buyers join in
Watch, chat, and bid in real time, or buy now. Pay from your wallet, topped up with Paystack.
3. Orders get delivered
Sellers dispatch through a courier or park transporter, and both sides can follow the order to delivery.
Built for trust
Sellers can get verified, payments run through trusted providers, and buyers are protected if something goes wrong with an order. We keep the good energy of a market while making sure the money side is safe.
Who we are
Jari is made by SoftQraft Labs, for Nigeria first. We are a small team that loves markets, live video, and building things people actually enjoy using.
