For buyers
How do I place a bid?
When an item is live, tap the quick bid to add the next amount, or slide to bid. You can also set a max bid and Jari will bid for you up to that amount, only as needed.
Can I bid before an item goes live?
Yes. On an item that is queued up next, you can set a max pre-bid. When it goes live, Jari bids for you automatically.
What is Buy Now and making an offer?
Buy Now lets you purchase an item at a fixed price without waiting for an auction. On store items you can also send the seller an offer, and they can accept or decline.
How do I pay?
You pay from your Jari wallet, which you top up with Paystack. Everything is in Naira.
How do I track my order?
Open Orders to see each purchase. Once a seller dispatches, you get the courier details and can follow it through to delivery.
What if my order does not arrive?
You can raise a dispute on the order. We look into it to help sort things out fairly.
What are giveaways, flash sales, and breaks?
Giveaways are free draws you can enter. Flash sales sell a set number of units fast. Breaks let you buy a spot in a group buy. Each has its own button in the live room.
For sellers
How do I go live?
Open the Sell tab, give your show a title, and go live straight from your phone camera.
How do the sale types work?
Add items to your queue, then put one on air as an auction, giveaway, flash sale, or break. You control the timer and when to end each one.
How do I get paid?
Sales land in your wallet. You can withdraw to your bank through a payout account you add in the wallet.
How do I ship an order?
In Orders, hand the item to a courier or park transporter, enter their number, and we text the buyer the tracking and pickup details. Then mark it delivered.
Can someone help me run my show?
Yes. Add trusted people as co-hosts or moderators. Moderators help manage chat, and co-hosts can join your video too.
How do I get verified?
Go to verification and submit your details and an ID. Verified sellers earn more trust with buyers.

How do I sign in?
Enter your phone or email and confirm the code we send you. No password to remember.
How do I get notified when a seller goes live?
Follow the seller and allow notifications. We will let you know the moment they start.
How do I delete my account or data?
Reach out at admin@softqraftlabs.com and we will help you remove your account and personal data.
