Delete your account

You can ask us to delete your Jari account and the personal data tied to it at any time. Here is how it works and what happens next.

How to request deletion

Send an email to admin@softqraftlabs.com from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my account". If you signed up with a phone number, include that number in the message so we can find you.

We will confirm it is really you, then start the deletion. You do not need to give a reason.

What we delete

Once your request is verified, we remove:

Your profile and login details, including name, email, and phone number
Your shipping and contact addresses
Your product listings, saved catalogue items, and store profile
Your chat messages, follows, and show history
Your device and push notification tokens

What we keep, and why

A small amount of information has to stay with us for a limited time so we can meet legal, tax, accounting, and fraud prevention duties. This mainly covers records of completed orders and payments. We keep these only as long as the law requires, then we delete them too. Any wallet balance should be spent or withdrawn before you ask us to close the account.

How long it takes

We action verified requests within 30 days. If anything will take longer, we will tell you why and keep you posted.
